Bring the product to skin temperature by warming it between your hands, so that your skin accepts it instantly.

Use both hands to gently smooth the product onto skin, starting at the ankles and working your way up. Repeat this action twice.

Drain
Carry out draining pressure movements by wrapping both hands around the ankle and working upwards towards the top of the thigh. Repeat this action 6 times.
