Our Clarins beauty therapists will conduct your treatment in one of our treatment rooms to provide you with a blissful moment of well-being during which your body and mind will be in complete harmony. They will use personalized manual techniques and exclusive products formulated with plant extracts to offer you a truly bespoke sensorial experience. The results will be instantly visible and long-lasting.

1. HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you a chance to prepare yourself, relax, and then fully experience all the benefits of your treatment from the start. This will also give us enough time to determine what your specific needs are on the day of your treatment.

2. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You may wear whatever you like. However, for the Summer Glow treatment, we suggest wearing loose-fitting clothing and open-toe shoes after your treatment.

3. WILL I NEED TO UNDRESS COMPLETELY DURING THE TREATMENT?

For most of our treatments, our beauty therapists will ask you to remove certain articles of clothing. For our body treatments, we provide you with suitable disposable undergarments. Your comfort is our priority, and velvety-soft white towels will be used at all times to ensure your privacy.
