Yes we are able to send samples from Clarins Samples Bar directly to you by post. You must be logged into your Clarins account to be able to place an order and to choose from our pre-selected range of samples. Please note that the same samples cannot be selected multiple times.

Yes, you can place an order with retail products and samples from the Samples Bar and enjoy free delivery if your order is over $50.

The number of times you can use a Clarins sample ranges from 3 to 5 times, depending on the product. We strive to offer generously sized samples so that you can try out our products over a few days and make sure they're a good fit for you. 

Once you have placed your Samples Bar order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Our Samples Bar service is available for standard delivery. Samples Bar deliveries will be received between 3-7 days to arrive. 

Samples from the Samples Bar are limited to one order per account.

A maximum of 4 samples may be ordered in a single transaction.
