The power of plants

Black currant is a bush that grows wild throughout Northern Europe and Siberia and its fruit is a small, black, fragrant berry. Known for centuries for its draining qualities, black currant has also revealed many therapeutic properties: its fruit promotes better eyesight while its leaves prepared as an infusion are used to treat rheumatism and improve digestion.
