Conditions and cancellation policies
Credit Cards and Cancellation Policies:
Please be advised that a credit card is required to secure all booked appointments. In the event that you might not be able to come to your appointment, please call us 24hrs ahead to let us know. Note that if you do not call us 24hrs ahead and that you do not show up for your appointment, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your credit card. This policy has been implemented so that customers who wish to book an appointment on that same day may do so.
Gift Certificate:
No rebate will be applicable if you pay your treatment with a Gift certificate.
